Return opportunities

Returning policy

Whithin 30 days after delivery you can return (a part of) your order to us. Please

send an e-mail to info@dutchgardenseeds.nl before you send your goods back. Please mention your

ordernumber, the products which will be returned and your bank account in the e-mail.

Only for products which are returned well, we will put back your money on your bankaccount

whithin 10 working days. The product must be undamaged and ‘if reasonably possible’ in the original

packing.

Return sendings are at the risk of the buyer. Which means that Dutch Garden Seeds B.V. is not

responsible for any loss of damage of the goods returned. The postal office can provide you a

sending note and keep this untill we let you know we received your package.
